News and Events

UPPD wishes everyone a safe and spooky night of fun. Keep an eye out for little ghosts and goblins, stay visible and stick to familiar neighborhoods. Drivers, slow down and watch for trick-or-treaters. Have fun, enjoy the sweets, and make it home safely by 9 p.m.!

Remember, too, that Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend. Evenings will get darker sooner, so drive carefully and get ready for winter weather on the way.
