UPDATE: Due to the emerging concern regarding snow/freezing rain and icy conditions, U.P. City Hall will be closed on Friday, Dec. 23. City Hall will reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at 9 a.m.

ORIGINAL: City Hall will close at noon on Friday, Dec. 23 for the Christmas holiday. As Christmas falls on a weekend, City Hall offices will remain closed on Monday, Dec. 26. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at 9 a.m.
