Atrium Application Process

After determining that you or your group would be considered an approved user for the Atrium and determining that the Atrium is available, you need to fill out an application form and submit it to the City either by email, by fax to 253.566.5658, or by mail to:

Atrium Use Floor Plans

What is the best way to set up for your event in the Atrium? The Atrium has two floor plans:

• The After Library Hours Layout (PDF) shows a recommended layout for events held during library operating hours.
• The During Library Hours Layout Plan (PDF) provides a recommended layout for after library hours events.

Atrium Use Calendar

If you are an approved user of the Atrium and are looking to find an available time for your event, this calendar is for you! All events already scheduled are shown on the calendar. Events can only be added to this calendar by city staff once the event has been approved.
