City Council commissions provide a community sounding board and focus group to originate ideas and assist the City Council in fashioning legislative policy. Commissions are exclusively advisory to the City Council.

University Place Civic & Library Building Atrium Use
The University Place Civic and Library Building is a community gathering space. The Atrium may be used for events sponsored by the City of University Place and the Pierce County Library System as well as any of their approved partners. You can find information on our Atrium page regarding use of this space for events, including an application form, an event calendar, and policies and procedures.
