Administrative Design Reviews

The City of University Place has adopted a variety of Design Standards that apply to certain commercial, residential, multi-family and mixed-use projects within the various City zoning districts.  Design standards help guide architects, developers and property owners to know what is expected of their development projects, and what would make their designs responsive to the plans and policies adopted by the City, as outlined in the City's Comprehensive Plan and other City documents.  The following documents will assist you in submitting a complete Administrative Design Review package:
